About Olympic Connect.
Olympic Connect links people on the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas to vital resources like health care, housing, jobs, and food. Through local, trusted helpers, we help people get the support they need to thrive.
Regional community care hub
Olympic Connect is a community-driven network of partners on the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas. We support care coordination to local resources and help everyone in our region get the support and care they need to thrive.
Connecting people to resources & services
Olympic Connect delivers on our name: connecting people in our region to qualified, available care and services through trusted, trained, and highly skilled community-based workers.
These community-based workers are individuals from our region, with lived experience and cultural knowledge. They work with a variety of organizations, Tribes, industries, and sectors dedicated to providing clients with one-on-one support so they can achieve their health and other life goals.
Olympic Connect coordinates health care and social service providers. We connect regional resources and track real-time data for healthier individuals, families, and communities. Olympic Connect also strengthens the community-based workforce and the network of partners that employ them by providing training and technical assistance, addressing service gaps, and collecting centralized data.
Supporting thriving people and communities
Health is about so much more than what happens in a doctor’s office or a clinic. It’s also about having access to safe and reliable housing, food, employment, family support, and social connections. By removing barriers and helping community members access services like housing, food assistance, and transportation, we can create a region of healthy people and thriving communities.
