Olympic Connect regional data dashboards tell us timely information about the general direction of Olympic Connect and are used to inform decision making. The most recent data dashboard captures Olympic connect data from October 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. We are celebrating a full year’s worth of data and 1 year of Olympic Connect.
Olympic Connect is excited to share a few key highlights from the most recent data dashboard report:
Olympic Connect referrals surpass goal for the year

This graph shows the total incoming referrals to date for the region (overall), Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties, as well as the Prime Age Employment Group (PAEG). The target goal for incoming referrals is shown as the orange bars on the graph, and the year-to-date incoming referrals are shown as the green bars on the graph. Olympic Connect has 1,655 referrals to date exceeding it’s goal of 1,500 referrals by the end of 2025, and referrals continue to increase each month. The percentage on the bottom of the graph shows the percentage towards the target goal for number of incoming referrals for a given year.
Overview of Olympic Connect enrollments to date

Olympic Connect has enrolled 868 individuals to date and enrollment continues to increase each month. This graph shows an overview of enrollment to date, and as you can see the percentage of referrals converted to enrollment is 52% (as shown by the light green bar on the far left of the graph). There is an opportunity to convert more referrals to enrollments and OCH is taking steps to better understand the gaps and barriers for those not enrolled.
The top social and health needs for the region

The yellow bars on this graph showthe top 5 social needs identified for all clients across the region, and those are: housing-long term, financial assistance, food access, utility assistance, and employment. These social needs are identified by clients in the social needs assessment portion of the referral form when they are referred to Olympic Connect.
