Olympic Community of Health (OCH) is excited to share highlights from the most recent Olympic Connect regional data dashboard report from January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026.
Progress made toward Olympic Connect referral and enrollment goals for the year

OCH’s goals for incoming referrals and enrollments increased from last year in an effort to grow volume towards sustainable costs. Partners contributing to Olympic Connect are making great progress toward referral and enrollment goals for the year. In in the first quarter, there were 1,499 incoming referrals for the region which is 37% towards the annual goal.

Enrollments* are trending up with 1,219 individuals enrolled in Olympic Connect in first quarter of this year which is 40% towards the annual goal for enrollments. There were 537 individuals enrolled just in March.
*A client is considered “enrolled” in Olympic Connect when they consent to receive services with their trusted helper
Overview of average time from referral to first outreach

Partners have identified an opportunity for improvement in the time from when a client is referred to Olympic Connect to when the trusted helper first attempts to contact the client (referred to as “first outreach”). The regional goal is for trusted helpers to contact clients within the first 7 days of when the client is referred to Olympic Connect. Overall, 88% of clients are being contacted within 7 days of referral, just under the goal of 90%. OCH and Olympic Connect trusted helpers are committed to timely connections with individuals seeking help and support and are working together to identify system improvements.
