Olympic Connect regional data dashboards tell us timely information about the general direction of Olympic Connect and are used to inform decision making.
Olympic Community of Health (OCH) is celebrating one full year of Olympic Connect data for the time period of January 1 through December 31, 2025. OCH is excited to share a few key highlights from the most recent Olympic Connect regional data dashboard report:
Olympic Connect surpasses enrollment* goals for the year

Partners contributing to Olympic Connect made great progress toward enrollment goals this year. Each county in the Olympic region surpassed its enrollment goal. More individuals were enrolled in Olympic Connect in 2025 than planned, and that number continues to grow already in 2026.
*A client is considered “enrolled” in Olympic Connect when they consent to receive services with their trusted helper
Olympic Connect clients are highly satisfied with service and majority of clients report that their needs were met

Client satisfaction: Both general Olympic Connect clients (green bar) and those that meet the definition of Prime Age Employment group (blue bar)* report high satisfaction with Olympic Connect services.
Needs met at discharge: Similarly, both the general population and the Prime Age Employment group population report that the majority of their needs are met when they are discharged from Olympic Connect. Olympic Connect care coordinators (trusted helpers) are effectively helping clients get connected to the services and care they need to thrive.
*Prime Age Employment Group or PAEG is a term used to describe community members between the ages of 25 and 54 who are un- or underemployed as defined by earning less than $26/hour. One of the funders for Olympic Connect focuses on this population and our aim is to support these community members in good job attainment through Olympic Connect.
Olympic Connect referrals and enrollments

An area of improvement for Olympic Connect is to understand why some community members start the process to establish with Olympic Connect but don’t officially enroll in the service. For 2025, the total referrals received were 2,615 and the total enrollments were 1,394.
*A client is considered “enrolled” in Olympic Connect when they consent to receive services with their trusted helper.
